1. Customer service and first impressions mean a lot to us so the first thing that impressed me was the response time to my Yelp messages and the professionalism and friendliness. Jimmy greeted me with a "Good morning" which I truly appreciate. Not all businesses do that and I'm turned off by cold, short responses without any friendly personal touches.

After sending out several Yelp quote requests for local HVAC businesses, I received a very informative, friendly call from Whitney. She understood our issue, quoted the service call, and confirmed availability for the next day. Daron arrived today right on time and was able to easily fix our heater issue. Wow! This company is incredible. Kenny came out for an estimate and was such a pleasure. He was extremely likable, informative, and kind. He is extremely skilled at building rapport and making you feel comfortable. He also eases any anxiety you may have about your project. Truly awesome guy!

Edgar was THE best. So friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and made sure to check all the vents to ensure that it was actually cooling. He also taught me how to change my air filters! Will definitely be back if I ever run into another HVAC issue!

We called Friends and Family to get a quote on a planned HVAC upgrade. They provided by far the most comprehensive and detailed take on what was needed to improve the quality of our AC. Since they were also competitive on the price, no need to say we went with Friends and Family.
The day of install, the crew knocked on our door at 9am and were done around 4pm. They were friendly, worked efficiently and kept our house clean, as promised.

Wow!!!! What a great experience. Our air conditioning unit was not working properly. I called Friends & Family last night and was able to have them come out today. Thank you Edgar Martinez for being prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it! Whew! Because summer is on the way, and it’s going to be a hot one. I highly recommend Friends & Family. I will continue to use them for anything in the future should the need arise.

What a wonderful experience we had working with this company. Our heater in our home went out. We called another company and after about a 2 hour service call in which nothing was done, we were told that the repair bill would be about $5,000 . I called Friends & Family,to get a second opinion. I set up an appointment for the following day. Early… in the morning, Daron, Senior Technician, arrived at our freezing home. Daron went right to our unit, made a quick review and inspection. At once determined that our thermostat was bad. He replaced it on the spot....furnace went on at once.

I found Friends & Family HVAC here on Facebook. I messaged them on a Sunday afternoon hoping to get their help (the Sunday right after 4th of July). I got a response within 15 minutes and they asked for my phone number. I got a call from Jimmy and I explained to him what happened. He was able to troubleshoot my problem over the phone and was very… accurate. He knows his stuff. Problem solved.
