Although Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT) is his primary method, he also uses other techniques, such as Diversified.

Dr Simmons will not wear a mask at any time while treating you, including when he is in the small treatment room only inches from you. When I requested him to wear a mask, he said he does not like to breathe his own breath. I also saw a patient walk out of the treatment room that I was about to enter without a mask. I will not be returning to him, which is very unfortunate, since I think he is a very good at what he does. Not worth the risk for me. Doctor, please mask up for your patients!

I absolutely recommend Dr. Simmons; hands down the best chiropractor I've been to. This is my first time ever writing a review on Google. I don't have the time to devote to such things, but... Dr. Simmons is the exception.
5 days ago my wife was stepping over a baby gate we have in the house and down she went! Extreme pain in her hips and lower back had her in tears. I was notified by my 12 yr old via phone call that mommy was on the floor crying in pain and can not move. I was near by so I rushed home to help her. There was no way that she was walking to the car for me to take her to the ER.
