No, not about the flu, but about living in a complex world where we can be exhausted by too much information, news, interaction, you name it. Dr. John will present some simple practices to quiet your mind. Fire and its light have been providing warmth and safety for us since our earliest days; later, it came to symbolize inner light, peace and healing.

Healing is their total focus. I am impressed with the care demonstrated. The adjustments are simply accomplished with total comfort and ease.
