The maintenance is not existent and the units are less than livable. You are treated as a nuisance if you want repairs done in a timely manner. Leaky bathroom ceiling they never fixed-cold air blowing through. No heat for 2 winters. Warped floor spewing mildew, walls & ceilings separating, cabinet falling out of ceiling, 2x2 holding it up, mildew coming through carpeting. Plastic on outside windows for warmth. $300 electric bills in winter. Prop man not knowledgeable abt repairs or building codes. Place is a dump. They promise a lot and DONT deliver. RUN!!

A few tweaks had to be made since it was newly renovated when I moved in. Holly, the main person that I talked to was always so sweet, I could tell that she really cared if I had a problem and it was solved quickly. I had to leave my place early due to job issues and she really worked with me that I didn't lose a dime in the process even when the owner of the property was so hateful. I gladly recommend this place to anyone on a budget that wants to know they they have a very helpful person ensuring that (if you're a good leaser) you're taken care of.
