My mother has been taking our pups here for over a year now. We have a small 15yr old dog who' we are going to have to put to sleep. This girl shana spoke rudely to my mother when called to ask about it . My mother asked for the amount an the womantold her things wasnt free an no one could get back with her bc they was all busy an booked up! Are you serious!!! That's how you talk to a person losing their baby!!! That's how you treat a customer !!! When my mother told her she was rude an she wanted to speak to the dr or who was over her she told my mother no one would be getting back with her! This
