Dr. Jacqueline Chevalier and her amazing staff saved my cat's life this week! Barbara, who answered my call, without hesitation or even putting me on hold, urged me to come to the office right away. Only a few minutes after arrival my cat stopped breathing and turned purple! Thanks to Barbara we were in the right place when that happened!

I have been bringing my little beagle Penny ever since she was one year old. She is now 12. The staff have always treated us like family and I sincerely trust them with my Penny. We also have a golden retriever named Anah and she is treated wonderful as well. Honestly my dogs love going there, especially Penny. She is very comfortable around all of the staff. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They get an A plus in my book!!

I called this establishment a few times over the course of 10 days looking to speak to a tech/DVM about a concern I have and possibly receive a second opinion. Each time the staff was not very friendly and each time after being placed on hold I was eventually hung up on. I’m sure they are a decent practice but their professionalism and customer service is lacking.

The veterinarian and the vet techs were very kind, all things considered. We traveled from Colorado our dogs got super sick someone along the way fed them poison our girl died right away and our boy was fighting we had to put him down he wasn't gonna make it and was in a severe amount of pain. They were so kind to us through the process. Told us straight up how bad it was and that there was nothing that could be done for him he was so bad off. If I have pets again this is where I will take them.

It's a money grab. Arrived for a vaccination and, with nothing more than a cursory glance, was immediately told by a technician that they would not vaccinate our dogs because they had a skin infection. Both dogs had been treated for fleas and had thin hair in spots but they did not have a skin infection. The tech was quick to suggest that we bring the dogs back to see the vet though and informed us of the added cost of seeing the vet and treatment for a non-existent skin infection. Very disappointed in this Veterinarian's office. I'll never visit this place again. Go to Ayer's, the only reason

They are great even with my large weim who hates his nails trimmed. They were able to do it with no sedation. Wonderful caring group of people. They earned a lifelong customer with how they've treated my pets (very accurate). For a reasonable amount and the caring and compassion they have shown to both me and my pets! All around great place and very clean.

I've taken my pets here since they used to be down on rt 60 by wal mart's new location. They do the Saturday morning shot clinics for a very reasonable rate and I continued to go here until I moved to Lexington.
When I called to get their records sent to my new clinic it was as easy as a short 3 minute phone call and the new clinics fax number and it was done!
The staff is always so nice and easy to work with. They have their own parking lot that is right off the road in front of the clinic that is a little tight. They also have an outdoor small area for dogs to do their business

I was on my way to Virginia from Missouri for work when my girl riding shotgun (my 2 month old blue heeler) face started to swell. I called around and was repeatedly told that they couldn't see her without an appointment. Every vet I called told me the same thing until this one. When I called I was told to bring her in and it would be no problem to see her. When I entered the office I was met by very friendly ladies who took my info and said they would be with me shortly. By the time I walked across the room to take a seat I was being called back. The vet techs made sure she was comfortable
