My experience was very positive. The staff was very helpful, informative, and comforting. They made sure I was comfortable in the environment, talked to me having nice conversations. An overall very friendly staff. The dental services are great as well, they do a wonderful job. They explained the problems specifically, explained how they will help the problem, as well as try to help you financially. I grew up at this dentist, and I would not want to change. I am very comfortable and safe knowing they are very skilled and knowledgeable at what they do.

Doctor Lai is a great orthodontist!! My teeth are happier than ever! Mary has a voice of an angel and an amazing sense of humor! Definitely recommend.

This place maybe has good dentists but the office portion is run very poorly. I worked there and just had to leave because it was so unorganized. Besides that the office tries to nickel and dime you to death. Trying to upsell treatment that isn't necessary. The moral of the office is not very good. The office decides what they feel like charging the patient based on what they can get out of the insurance. Diagnosing treatment that isn't necessary. Is one way they get the money out of you. They also have several specialties here so they can get the most out of you when it's not necessary. Not only

When I first started I was so frightened I literally would shake with fear. Everyone here was so mindful and understanding of that and really took the time to walk me through each step making sure I was okay and did their best to keep me comfortable. Through it all I've had major work done from filling and root canals to abstractions and cosmetics all beautifully done!!! I highly recommend this place. I've found my dental group for years to come. The dental clinic is very clean and that makes me feel comfortable . The Doctor is on time ..front desk , dental assistants are very professional , I would recommend him to the people I care about 🤗😊

Fantastic group of professionals. Dentist explained everything thoroughly... especially PRIOR to doing a procedure. As gentle as possible, without coddling.
Unfortunately, my follow up was scheduled for TWO weeks later...as opposed to the ONE week the doctor had indicated.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! They shuffle you around between the three dentists at different appointments in order to get more money out of the insurance company! And then Dr Abbassi, stated that my wife needed a root canal and tried to charge us for services that insurance already covers! We Got two second opinions and all she needed was a filling! We paid out of our pocket to go to a different dentist who was more reliable and honest.

I had a deep cleaning with Ana and my experience was great. She would talk about what was coming next in the procedure to avoid surprises. I asked for enough anesthesia as needed in order not to feel anything and she was kind enough to give it to me. I did not feel a thing. :-)

I’ve been terrified of dentists for the past 16 years, but Covina Dental Arts and Orthodontics were just absolutely amazing! They explained everything to the T and the procedure I had done today was comfortable and they made sure that I was at ease. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me comfortable in every way. I definitely recommend anyone to this wonderful office where angels do miracles and work hard every day to take care of their patients. 💙👼

I've been coming here for over 9 years now wasn't happy in the beginning I would have my teeth cleaned and and I would rub my tongue along my teeth and I would find places where they weren't clean good in my opinion I was just another pretty face. LOL. But for the last 4 years I've had Anna cleaning my teeth and she does a remarkable job if she ever leaves my family and I are leaving.Tried to tell my wife that she should change and have Anna clean her teeth but she finally did and she told me, Wow such a nice lady and does a great job thumbs up to you guys finding her and keeping her on staff.

The staff is great. Very professional and genuinely concerned. The office is really clean and neat. The doctor did an outstanding job on my root canal. And young lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. I believe her name was Roxanne. Thank you Covina Dental Arts.

My husband & I have been going to Covina Dental Arts since 2008. We are so blessed since it's only a few blocks from our home. The Office is great, it's always very clean & well kept. The staff & quality of work that the Doctor's & Tech's provide is the Best we have ever had. I'm in my mid 50's & I hope I have these Dentist for the rest of my life. They are the Best ! Thank you to each one of you for making our visit pleasurable.
