Dr. Pan is one of the kindest and best dentists I have had the privilege of working with. His staff and Dr. Pan make sure that you as a patient are comfortable during your procedures. I have had a root canal done here and I have cleanings and dental fillings done. Whatever you need done, Dr Pan makes sure you are in good hands.

I have been brining my two daughters now 13 + 6 for about 5 years now. The staff is always friendly and welcoming using their first names like they just seen my kids the day before. We never have to wait more than 10 minutes .they keep their word at what time your appointment is. My kids do not fear the dentist because of the staff and doctor! Highly recommend for anyone! Clean, sanitized and modern looking dentist!

I LOVE Dr Pan and his staff. I have been his patient for over 15 years, since his first office off Garvey. He and his wife Karen are always respectful and considerate of the patients. I could never go to another dentist. My kids never developed a phobia of the dentist because of his great care. The hygienists are amazing too! I always leave with a clean and health smile. 😁

I had to switch dentist because my last hygienist was not good and made the cleaning process uncomfortable and extra painful. I gave this office a try and was lucky to find Hanna. She's my new hygienist for the past year and I can't recommend her enough. I can't keep my mouth open for too long cuz then my jaw starts hurting and with Hanna, she takes her time on our appointments. She makes sure I am comfortable and has gone above and beyond to help me. My insurance declined me getting a deep cleaning, but Hanna is sending a narrative and pictures to the insurance for them to approve

This place is awesome! My entire family comes here: parents, brothers, aunts, cousins. They are super friendly and professional. I have always had a huge fear going to the dentist, but the staff here takes great care of you and make you feel so comfortable. I will keep recommending this place to everyone! And Hannah (I hope this was her name, hard to hear with masks) she was soo sweet and amazing! Took really good care of me :)

More than happy to share my experience as a patient at Dr. Pan's office. I found myself without a dental home during the pandemic last year. Finding out what the unfortunate news from another dentist I was bound to loose my tooth and have to look into an implant to restore my missing tooth is not easy. Being in the dental field I got a second opinion at Dr. Pan's office and I am so glad I did! He told me there was a possibility I didn't have to loose my tooth as he believed he had enough structure to build a foundation for a stable crown and was more than familiar with these types

I was referred to Dr. Pan years ago by a friends dad. I was unhappy with the dentist I was currently going to so I thought I would make my next appointment with Dr Pan. I have been going to his office ever since. I'm pretty sure that was 8 to 10 years ago. Everyone that works in his office is so friendly and professional. I moved to Fontana about 3 1/2 years ago but I still come to Covina when it's time for my check ups. People always say...why dont you go to a dentist closer to your house? I always say because I love my dentist and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Pan.

Super clean environment! Friendly staffs and the best caring Dentist! Office is fully equipped with the most updated professional dental tech machines. Dr. Pam and his staffs provide a thorough complete service for every patient. My son accidentally broke his retainer recently. Dr. Pan's office staff quickly took him in the next day to make him a new one to bring home. In 2 days he received a warm follow up for the new retainer. When he told office the new retainer was a bit tight, Dr. Pan not only remade a new one, but also gave him little tools to help taking off the retainer. We

My family and I have been going to Pan Pacific Dentistry for almost 2 years customer service is outstanding from the moment you walk in the door. When you have an appointment time they are very good about getting you into a room quickly. Dr. Pan explains exactly what he's going to do and is very professional. Pan Pacific is my families regular dentist. Today I had a broken crown removed and a temporary put in place until the actual crown arrives. They are always extremely considerate of our needs. They focus on pain free dentistry and ask repeatedly if there is any discomfort. The entire staff is pleasant, courteous, and helpful.
