Called in for an emergency heat repair and the technician showed up on time. Walked around to my package AC unit took off the front panel for the heating side and said it was fried and I needed to replace the whole AC unit. He was even kind enough to quote one for me at 5500.00. Called another AC repairman who came out and looked at it and he ended up changing 2 contacters which are roughly 30.00 each and the emergency pull switch which is about 20.00 and my heat/ac work fine now. Aloha charged me 90.00 so they could play on my ignorance of air conditioning systems.

Shane was amazing! I called that morning and he was there in a couple of hours checking out our AC. Unfortunately our AC had to be replaced! Shane explained all of our options in great detail and even answered questions after he left. 2 days later the installers showed with Shane and installed our new AC unit and furnace. We couldn’t be more happier with the results! Our house in so cool and the unit is so quiet. Shane even came after it was installed to check and make sure all was done correctly and check to make sure we were happy! Prices are very reasonable. A++ customer service! We are very

I don't know if we are special or the Rays just make us feel that way but we have all the faith in them when we need our HVAC checked. I know when Shane or Tom come and service, or check-out, our unit for the season, they show up, promptly and get the job done! They don't "find" all sorts of things that also need to be done. I feel good going into the winter with our heat and cooling unit check out by them. Thanks, Aloha and the Ray family!

Wonderful experience with Aloha! I wanted a second opinion when my AC wasn't cooling very well and the unit was freezing up. He insisted on coming out right away, so we didn't have to sleep in the heat, which was really nice of him. The Freon was low and he explained that the was a leak somewhere and that it would continue to leak after it was filled back up (the previous place failed to mention that). He filled it up for much less than the previous quote and didn't charge us for the service call. We will definitely be calling Aloha once we're able to get the leak taken
