We have a long, rich history at Precision Air. Our owner, Tony LaFrenier, was born and raised in Southern California. At the age of 18, he moved to Phoenix, AZ to attend technical school. This was the conception of his career path and passion for the commercial heating and cooling industry. After completing his technical school training and marrying his high school sweetheart, Kellie, Tony moved and settled in Franklin, TN.
Here, he began to work at Lee Company and soon developed a key role in their residential division. After a fruitful career with Lee Company, Tony branched out and started Precision Air in 1993 so that he could start serving the HVAC industry according to his own rules. There's one simple philosophy we hold to: treat each customer the way we expect to be treated and do things right the first time.

I couldn't believe the prompt and friendly customer service that I received from everyone that i had contact with. Jeremy (the repairman) the HVAC installers and Anthony who walked me through the process of buying a new unit were very knowledgeable, professional and went over and beyond! Thanks to all of you!

We had a clog in our drainage pipe from an, apparently, poorly installed HVAC system at our house. Our ceiling started leaking and I contacted Precision to help.
I don’t think I’ve ever had the level of communication with a maintenance/handyman company before. Matthew Johnson, the technician who came to help, was texting me and giving me some ideas to try before he was able to make it out. They came by on time the next day and Matthew was able to immediately identify the fact that the drainage line was installed incorrectly.
He figured out our problem, and even offered a “to do” list

Matthew was just phenomenal! We have been stressing over our new AC unit and he was the 6th to look at it. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and stated he had to return with the parts. We were happy to see they sent him back out to finish the repair! Going forward I am certain we will use Precision and specifically ask for him,, he knows what he's doin for sure!

Highly recommend. Incredible work! They were easy to work with, the best price, and good people. Our HVAC was in major need of being replaced, Precision Air came the next day, gave us quotes, and scheduled us in ASAP. They were extremely helpful with financial options. All around great work. Definitely will be using them for all of our future HVAC maintenance needs.

The folks at Precision Air installed our geothermal HVAC system. They replaced our existing heat pump with a new 7 Series WaterFurnace unit. The geothermal loop system consisted of 3 vertical boreholes.
Our experience with Precision Air was very favorable throughout the project.
Tony visited our house to take measurements and answer any questions we might have prior to giving us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, installation and technical aspects of a geothermal system.

Excellent service!! Our A/C went out and had to have a special order part. Precision went above and beyond to get us taken care of super fast when no other ("24/7") company would even return a call over a holiday weekend.
These guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional we truly could not have asked to be in better hands. I'm shocked that there are actually companies that operate with this level of professionalism and knowledge. Everyone from office staff, dispatch and the service tech are the nicest people and actually compassionate. We will never call anyone else !!

After having to ditch our previous HVAC company, we used Precision Air to re-do our entire HVAC system when our furnace broke in November. We knew that a breakdown like this was coming with a 14 year old furnace and a 30 year old AC.
The rep. who came out to price the new system had lots of helpful suggestions. We ended up getting a Trane dual fuel heat pump system with a 3 years same as cash deal from the manufacturer.
