My very 1st visit with my new puppy was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. They were very friendly and wonderful with my puppy as well.

We have moved 9 times in 8 years to various states and have visited a dozen veterinarians. This is the first time we have experienced a vet that knew EXACTLY what was going wrong with my dog and how to actually fix it instead of mask the problem. We have an 8 year old pitbull and she has environmental allergies that come up every year to where it makes her turn very red and itchy. Her ears get all gunked up with stuff and she has very inconsistent bowel movements. This vet fixed ALL of that with a simple allergy medication and a medicated shampoo. We have never seen our dogs skin so pink and clear

And they are more reasonably priced then most veterinarian clinics.

Best vet clinic! Drove an hour because my in laws use this vet and they did not exaggerate how great it is. The vet was very thorough and explained everything. They also are very real and don't try to charge you for unnecessary things. We will continue coming here that's for certain!

Our puppy got into packets of old rat poison at the family farm. We called Arcadia after hours and they were there when we arrived. Bruce and Chasity were calm and prepared to treat him. They were thorough and very sweet to us, even called the following morning to check on him. Our puppy is doing great! Thanks Arcadia!

We love Arcadia! They are thorough with their work and are very loving towards our pups. They have gotten us in last minute when our lab got sick and they helped talk us through every option of treatment. Definitely lucky to have found them.

My dog got a hook stuck in his foot while I was camping at Strawberry Lake, about 35 minutes away. I called 3 minutes before they closed and they waited for us to get there! They were so gentle and sweet with my dog and got the hook out no problem, he was back to normal the same night. They even called the next day to check up on him! I was very impressed by their kindness and if I lived in Heber Arcadia would be my regular vet for sure!

This Clinic is wonderful. Just moved to the area, did not have dogs set up with vet yet, an emergency arose July 4 and they were happy to help us. I have been their 4 times in the last 2 weeks and LOVE the staff, very accommodating, professional, informative, can say enough coming to a new area. I am very thankful to have found them. We will be lucky patients their. Thank you Dr. Bruce and staff.

The staff all worked well together to care for my dog. Pricing was very upfront and fair, and no one minded my children were destroying the play room, and asking to pet every creature on site. Great place!

My dog got spayed by this clinic in August, she’s had complications ever since and it has been blown off time and time again by Arcadia and now she is needing surgery to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place. When I requested her vet records, every visit about her complications after her spay had not been documented. I’m disgusted with how they have treated my dog, all of this could have been prevented if they had done their jobs in the first place. I’ll be going to Wasatch Animal Clinic from now on.

Arcadia has taken care of our family pets for nearly fifty year Jim before Bruce and I made the mistake of taking my pets elsewhere and I’ll never do that again. I have always received a smile and a welcome… from reception and only the best care for my pets. I will never wander outside my circle again unless they send me to another clinic for some reason. Bruce And Rustin are both great Vets and very caring and concerned about my pets health. My Thank You And appreciation for the entire staff. 😊🙏👍 ~E
