My husband and I drove over an hour for the appointment we made on 7/2 at noon. We showed up 15 min early. We were told to leave because they were working on a deadline? We asked if we could wait and they asked us to leave again. We just went home. I wish they had told us ahead of time when I made the appointment the day before that they didn’t have time for us.

Beautiful apartments, great location. Has great amenities and short term rental. Just remember to put in your notice 1 month prior to leaving. My rent was for about 7 weeks and stated that in the contract. The smaller print : If you forget to give written notice you will have to pay 2 more months of rent. Thank goodness I went on the day it was 30 days left.

The Reserve on Bayou Desiard is an amazing apartment complex. The staff goes out of their way to make it an easy process for moving it. It is a quiet and pet-friendly apartment complex. My only concern is the pool area for when it gets hot outside if it will be big enough for hold all/most of the residents

As a new resident, I have been extremely impressed with The Reserve on Bayou Desiard. The staff has been professional, yet personable and fun. Francis was eager to help me in any way during the moving process. I particularly enjoy the location and facilities. Everything is clean and super nice. All guests that have visited my apartment have commented on the beautiful complex. Couldn't ask for anything better!

I love living here at the Reserve on Bayou Desiard. These gorgeous upscale apartments are exactly what I was looking for. I have lived here for a year now, and planning to stay! I want to commend the staff that maintains this apartment . I have not had any issues and they have been prompt in their response to any maintenance issues. Its a beautiful apartment complex close to the bayou . I could not have asked for anything better. Plan to encourage colleagues who might be interested in apartment living in Monroe to give this a look . This right here is the standard . Great Job.

The Reserve on Bayou Desiard is an amazing complex. It is a pet-friendly community, with a resort style pool and sits right on Bayou Desiard. Being from out of state, my move in experience was hassle-free and the on-site staff we’re very helpful. Their mobile application makes an easy one stop shop for maintenance requests, paying your rent and meeting your neighbors!
