I recently stopped by the front office to inquire about an apartment and hoped to get a tour. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by 3 strung out rude women with no professionalism what so ever. They all have an attitude and looked like they haven’t slept in days. Horrible impression. They acted like I was bothering them so I told them never mind/no thank you and left. I will never consider this apartment complex again.

This is the absolute BEST place to live! Our apartment is very spacious, with lots of storage. We have only been here a short time, but India, Bridget and Tonya in the office have been top notch. They represent the owners well, and are a very helpful, very caring management team. Having worked over 40 years in public service, these ladies would definitely be chosen to be part of any “dream team” I would set up for management. Kudos to these wonderful ladies, and kudos to the complex for hiring them!
Looking forward to many years at this complex!

I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism while applying for an apartment. I submitted my application and paid the application fee during the early part of the summer. After a few weeks of getting the run around and then not having anyone in the office answer the phones I had to take off work, and go to the complex in order to get my questions answered. As the months passed I finally locked down a day to move in. I gave my 30 day notice to my current complex and hired movers (who are not cheap)only to be told the week of my move date that the my apt is not ready. I am now scrambling

I do not even want to leave this apartment 1 star. That’s being generous! AVOID living here. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management has continued to cycle since I have lived there! I have had multiple issues while living there including no AC last July/August with no solutions offered! I moved out this past July and can not get in contact with ANYONE about my deposit back. I have called and left multiple voicemails while also emailing corporate with no response.

This place is a SCAM! Do not ever go here unless you want to be at a loss of your deposit that you rightfully deserve! We are currently considering a lawsuit, and the management has been uncooperative in giving back our deposit. Already contacted them multiple times and have been up there but no justice.

India completely did everything a manager is taught NOT to do! Disrespectful, yelling crazy woman who has no respect towards others! I've worked in customer service for years and was taught to NEVER do what this vile woman did to my parents today in the office! Disgusting- pure Disgusting!!!!
UPDATE: Parents were sent an email stating since new owner, they lose deposit even though they did all that was required! Attorney General has been contacted. Do not trust this place...BAD BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!

I am so sorry if anyone has to experience what we went through and hopefully no one has to endure what we are expecting. I have never know that and business can operate on solving issues with its clients by not responding to E-mails or returning phone calls to resolve an issue.

They keep sending you emails about your charges on your account (that you don’t have) on a weekly basis, telling you that if you don’t pay your balance ASAP we will report this to your credit and you have to go to office telling them that what the hell is this new email again and they would tell you they have had problems with their system and don’t worry we will fix it and next week you will receive another email saying you have this much balance again, pay it ASAP or we will report this to your credit. They have been trying to resolve that issue since last year that I moved here… Worst

A/C was out starting Aug 26, 2020 to March 31, 2021 when I moved out. I kept putting work orders in for it because it was literally 99 degrees in the apartment in the hottest part of the year. (the thermostat doesn't go any higher than 99, in case you were wondering..) I had to find somewhere else to stay for 3 weeks and all I received was an apology. Even tried to move to the open apartment across the hall as an easy/quick solution and was given a false promise to be able to move. You can never get a hold of anyone by phone, email is only slightly better. I think they are incredibly understaffed
