Here at The Bar we have one goal in mind, to help you train to become the best version of you. We offer individualized and personal training geared to help you better yourself in areas such as powerlifting, weightlifting, physique, or overall health and fitness. There are many different trainers in our gym that can help you reach the goals you have set in mind, even if you may not know where to start.
When a person first walks into the gym, I want them to understand that everyone in the gym has started from scratch, and gotten stronger over many years of training. I want to change the mindset of people coming in and instead being afraid of the weight when they first start, to saying 'I will get stronger no matter how long it takes'.

Best gym in town hands down. If you want to get serious about your health and are tired of commercial gym atmospheres then do yourself a favor and check out The Bar. I got started in powerlifting back in August of last year and I'm hooked. I even got my 9 year old daughter hooked. So much so that we competed in our first powerlifting competition, Bending the Bar, back in February.
Whatever your goals are they can help you achieve them, but it's ultimately on you to make to happen. Get out of your head and get after it. No one is stopping you, but you.

Love this gym. If your into physical fitness and in the Milton area, this is your place! They are not like some other gyms that cater to women or people with smaller physiques, they treat everyone the same and everyone is welcome! It is easy to speak with the owners if need be as they are usually on site and their trainers are very nice and courteous.

Due to hurricane Sally, my home gym was closed with no power. Being desperate i asked around and found The Bar was doing guest passes! I got off work at 230pm on a Saturday, they close for non patrons at 3. I gave them a call at 259 to inquire and the owners mom Cathy!!!!! Was AMAZING. She got me a 2 day guest pass over the phone and walked me through entry,equipment, waivers and basically everything else. She was fantastic. Probably the nicest person i had spoken to all day. I love bodybuilding but ive always been intimidated by The Bar because i don't powerlift, but i felt just fine! They have
