PROVIDENT DESIGN ENGINEERING, PLLC (PDE) is a Civil Engineering Consulting Firm providing services to Private Developers, as well as to Municipal, County and State Agencies in the Site/Civil Engineering, as well as Traffic and Transportation Engineering disciplines. Services include providing Land Development services to Developers to assist them in securing necessary permitting and approvals for major developments, as well as Construction Management upon obtaining all necessary permitting approvals.

Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Mackiewicz is a Founding Member of PDE and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He has over 40 years experience in the industry. Mr. Mackiewicz has appeared and testified before hundreds of Municipal Boards throughout the New York Metropolitan Area.
He served as a consulting engineer on many of the original major retail developments in the New York Metropolitan Area, including but not limited to Bridgewater Commons Mall, Jefferson Valley Mall, Quaker Bridge Mall.Mr. Mackiewicz is currently serving as consulting engineer to the American Dream development (formerly Xanadu) at the NJ Meadowlands Sports Complex.
