Paula Flowerday graduated the University offers Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. Before attending law school, Paula received Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Austin College, in Sherman, Texas. After receiving her Texas law license, Paula chose serve, that people of Texas, by providing legal services, to governmental entities.
Guardianship is a legal process through which the court appoints a responsible person to make important decisions for an incapacitated person. The incapacity may be due to age, disease, or physical or mental disability. When a guardianship is established, certain rights belonging to the incapacitated person are terminated and those rights are given to the court-appointed guardian.
Mediation is a process that allows the parties to a dispute to resolve disputes without the time and expense of a court proceeding. Through mediation, people are able to craft creative solutions to their differences in ways that may not be available through litigation. Many people use mediation in family law matters, such as divorce and child custody, to minimize harmful conflict and to create healthier, restructured relationships.

I reached out to Paula and heard back within 24 hours. She provided excellent information even though we determined I would not be needing her services. She was the 5th attorney I had contacted in the past week and the only one who actually took the time to pick up the phone and respond to a message. Should I need her services in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate.

I don't know how my husband and I would've gotten through this confusing, difficult and sometimes frustrating time that encompasses all that is "probate". Already grieving about the loss of someone we held so very dear, it is an absolute blessing knowing that The Flowerday Firm has our backs. Through all the many changes, reiterations, (the massive list of questions!) Paula is there for us. I cannot recommend her more.
