Loveless returned to Denton in 1969 after completing law school at the University of Texas at Austin. He worked for Denton attorney Jack Gray, and then opened his own law office.

I have retained Darcy twice in the last 20 years and she is currently assisting my fiancé with a very complicated case. She has always displayed professionalism, compassion and very responsive. She does not always give you the answer you want, but she will always give you the truth. Its always easy to write a negative review but when people go out of their way for you and do their very best, it should be acknowledged. I have and will continue to recommend Darcy and her firm to people in need of a lawyer that is not even a little bit shady.

Curtis Loveless is not above using below the belt tactics. He will use very very low accusations once he knows he’s losing. If anyone else has gone though this feel free to contact me. It’s not right, morale, just etc to operate this way. You should not play with families and children and there’s a thing called the bar association that keeps checks and balances in order and corrupt attorneys and judges need to be exposed. It’s not right to play with people’s life’s for money.
