I would give this review 10 stars if I could. I was arrested almost three years ago due to speeding and “fleeing and eluding” as stated by cops. A horrible felony. None the less, I did my research and George was the best fit attorney for my case. I’m grateful he even took my case and was able to help me. I was facing hard consequences and George was the biggest help in what steps I should take prior to seeing the judge. George was really amazing and was able to get my DUI conviction reduced to simple traffic violation. It’s true that Unethical DUI lawyers with low fees will take your money and then ask you to plead guilty without doing any sort of work whatsoever. But Mr. Creal took over the case, did his homework and guided me through the entire process.

George Creal is a customer of mine and so when I needed an attorney to help recover payment for services rendered, I immediately contacted George and asked if he could help file lien, send demand for payment letter, etc. Although as George explained, he typically didn't work on construction law, he would take the necessary steps to get me paid. George went to work immediately, researching the property, owners, agent of record, etc. and followed up by filing lien and sending out letters and emails letting the attorney (agent of record) for the person not paying that he would pursue this matter

I had a driving on suspended license charge, driving without insurance, and driving on suspended tag and Eric Bernstein was able to get all of those drastically reduced while working out a community service option for my fines if I was unable to pay them one month. I still have my license, was kept out of jail, and given the best possible outcome. He was so nice and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend working with him.

I hired them a while back for a accident case I was having problems with, Sia in which I spoken to about the case recommended a local Orthopedic there cause I live out of town, && was having problems getting proper medical attention!! Eric Bernstein was extremely helpful from the moment I called. I was involved in an accident and blew under the legal limit, but in GA, I was accused of a DIU Less Safe. I had gotten a DUI in 2012, so it was my second in 5 years. DUI Less Safe carries basically the same penalties as Per Se. Eric got it reduced to Reckless Driving, with no jail time, no loss of license and no DUI on my record. He was also able to reduce my community service from 240 hours to 200 hours. He also negotiated for me to be able to do my community service closer to home which wasn't an option in the beginning. Bottom
