Lisa Pickard is an owner of Webb Pickard Group and has been managing the agency since 2006. In addition to being a licensed agent, Lisa is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Customer Service Representative. The CIC is a professional designation program that involves a rigorous education and testing process.
Brooke is one of our outstanding insurance agents, specializing in personal lines of insurance. She is currently working on her Certified Customer Service Representative(CISR) designation. The CISR program is a nationally recognized program that requires outstanding individuals such as Brooke to study 5 areas of insurance specialization and go through a series of testing in each area.
She has the goal, motivation and desire to help countless businesses find affordable insurance that meets their needs. She brings to Webb Pickard 10 years of accounting experience which allows her to assist our commercial and financial customers alike in various aspects. She has been married to her husband for over 10 years and has two sons ages 5 and 7.

I am thankful for the time and commitment the Webb Pickard Group has shown to me. Brooke Miller is my agent and has been kind and patient to answer all my questions that feel silly. Webb Pickard is an awesome company. I use the Smyrna, TN branch as well as several members of my family. I love that they research the best deal your situation. I love that I can email Linda Stinson at anytime and she takes care of any issues or concerns I may be having with a 24 hour period. Linda always has a professional and great personality.
