We had refinanced our home and when the insurance was due from the escrow account, the new account number fell through the cracks and we received a notice of cancellation. I called and spoke with Jessica. Within 30 min she had notified our finance company and sent us a copy of what she sent. In a week State Farm had received and processed the check, taken care of. Jessica is an excellent lady, very understanding and knowledgeable! We are so happy we went with Joel Laird and HIGHLY recommend him as an agent.
