I was denied rental based on credit , which fine, that is my failure not theirs. Although, I was very up front regarding my credit situation down to giving the my actual scores before applying, great verifiable employment, income and rental history, but VERY low credit scores. I was led to believe that heat they would not base on credit, Quote "looking for evictions utility bills, bills left with landlords, credit cards and medical bill wouldn't matter, we look at it right in the office to make the decision based on the WHOLE application", I do not have ANY of that, and was fraudulently led to

Compass Property Management Group is amazing. They have gone above and beyond taking care of my home. I am on my 4th renter, and every time my home became vacant, it was rented the very first month after the move out. Tara, my property manager, puts all my questions, requests, concerns on a pedestal. Toni, the owner, is beyond professional and has also gone out of her way to make me a satisfied owner! I would recommend Compass, and all the awesome ladies that work there, to ANYONE!

I will never suggest this company anyone. I want make sure everyone understands what type of racket they run!!
They do not take care of their property even if it pertains to rats, rodents and plumbing. They like to pass the buck and take no accountability for their actions or their homeowners behavior. The broker is irresponsible with his hiring tactics! Their book keeping reconciliations are questionable. They also do not respond to emails, phone calls or texts in professional timely manner.
They do not uphold their end of the lease! If you decide to go with them... Please be sure to read the

Of course they are so attentive when you first move in because its what they want. Once you move into one of their properties its horrible trying to reach someone or get a call back. I have left Wynetta Harris 4 voicemails and not 1 call back. Every time its rains my roof leaks and they still haven't fixed it. (it has been 4 months since I let them know). In addition to that, they are charging me for things that should have been fixed prior to move in. And I let them know month of and its in my lease of the noted things (ex. burnt light bulbs , etc,) in addition I still don't have my pool access
