Kaizen Karate has offered martial arts instruction since 2003. Founded by Coach V, we specialize in karate instruction for children of all ages in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. We also offer karate programs for adults with a focus on fitness and self-defense. During Fall 2021, we have in-person offerings throughout the DC Metropolitan area.
We are also offering a limited amount of virtual classes upon request. Our goal is to provide safe, fun, and exciting classes for all of our students in the spirit of continuous improvement.

Services
Kaizen Karate was founded by Coach V in 2003. Kaizen Karate has been offering instruction in non-traditional Tang Soo Do as part of its core curriculum. Around 2010 Chinese Kenpo was introduced into the Kaizen curriculum. Kaizen Karate's team of highly trained martial artists offer a number of programs for students starting as young as 3.5 years old up to adult.
