My personalized training programs can work for anyone, regardless of their age, sex or current fitness level. But my main focus is on my peers. I have ten different fitness and nutrition certifications and am always keeping up on the latest, so you don't have to! Join one of my daily small group training or HIIT classes in Tustin!

I have created over 500 custom HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts so every day challenges your body in a new way. HIIT classes are quick and targeted, and include full body and ab training. Small group training classes focus on strength training.

Grab a bike and join me online! My Spin with Lynn classes will help you lose weight, improve your heart health and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you'll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins and the satisfaction of knowing you burned anywhere from 400 to 700 calories!

Working out with Lynn is one of the best investments I've ever made to myself. I can't believe I didn't start sooner.
I'm the type of person that really wants to be healthier and more active, but has trouble staying consistent. Intention is there, but follow through is weak. I've tried dieting, yoga, running, going to the gym, but something always comes up and I stop. Here I am 6 months later and I intend to keep going. This is a big deal for me.

My weight loss journey started just over a year ago and Lynn has been with me every step of the way by supporting me as well as challenging me. Her positive attitude make our sessions fun and exhilarating!
Lynn's approach to fitness has led me to completely change my opinion on weight training and I now feel so incredibly strong and powerful! After each session a sense of accomplishment and strength take over and I am so thankful I found her.

Lynn is a great trainer/coach. Lynn goes beyond the title of trainer because she is sincerely invested in our being the best we can be.
On top of it, I can honestly say that her sessions are never boring. She is always switching it up and tailoring the classes so that each time we show up it's going to be an awesome workout!

Lynn is a great instructor!. I didn't work out before I met her. She whipped me up into shape. Lynn always does a total-body workout, strength, endurance, and flexibility. In a 30-minute work-out, we did upper body and abdomen strength with weights, burpees, push-up. It is always fun working with her. She won't quit on you!

I love Lynn, my personal trainer! I started my health journey 4 years ago; Lynn has been there for me every step of the way. She coached me through my nutrition and fitness program. Such an inspiration. Super sweet, outgoing and her workouts are AWESOME!! Not only is she someone who will push you to be the best you can be but along your journey she will encourage you and help make your goal a reality. I seriously recommend her! Make the change and reach out to her! Guys and girls seriously I can't even begin to tell you all how amazing she is. Through just dieting and listening to her advice I've lost 10 pounds. Lynn is the best! I love her workouts because they are short, but very effective, I always feel sore after working out, which means I actually did it right!
I also love Lynn because she has a lot of energy and keeps us motivated as we are working out. She knows what she's talking about and is very trustworthy, which is helpful when working with a personal trainer!! Highly recommend!

I started working out with Lynn when she taught a class at my apartment complex. I figured a class with such a mixed group of people would be fun but may not challenge me enough, but I could not have been further from the truth! Lynn's workouts are tough no matter your fitness level or strength, and she finds a way to really step it up for those who need it. Even after the class at my complex ended (and I moved) I have continued working out with Lynn because of the intensity of her workouts and the way she brings the class together to really form a group bond.
