RoughFit's Group Fitness Class is fun, challenging, supportive, and set in a friendly environment. No matter your current fitness level, our experienced and educated trainers will guide and push you towards optimal health. Our creativity keeps it fun and challenging, while our focus on proper form and progression builds your fitness with a safe and proven method.
Want to run faster, stronger, and stay injury free? Rough-Fit's Running Performance is for ANYONE who wants to improve their running, no matter your skill level. At Run Club, workouts will be customized specifically towards your goals, and our trained coaches will work hands-on with you to improve your form, technique, and all the little things that affect performance.
Gain strength and flexibility through yoga and reduce stress. Take time for yourself, and turn off the outside world - while basking in the beauty of the outdoors. In these classes, you will learn proper alignment of postures and coordinate breath with movement as your experienced instructor guides you through a flowing meditation.

Whoa! Definitely worth checking out if you area runner looking for more structure workouts or just want to get faster. Greg and jenny are freaking awesome. Only regret I have is not coming here sooner. They are top notch running coaches accolades and love what they do. I've lived in Tustin for 4/5 years and always see the group running around Peters Canyon but never had the chance to make it out.

I didn't sign up for the outdoor fitness, but signed up for the run club and personal coaching. It's intimidating the first time going to any group but Greg was very welcoming and answered

I took the Zumbla class here ONLY and absolutely loved it!! The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I wasn't sure this would work for me so I emailed one of their trainers who called me promptly and patiently answered all my questions. The class itself was very small, only a few women, which I thought was great too. No mirrors so your not nearly as self conscious and can really get into it! The instructor was super high energy and very encouraging. The class is TOUGH though. I'm somewhat out of shape since I just had a baby, but I was absolutely exhausted at the end

Rough Fit is awesome. They have boot camp type classes every day at 6 am or 9 am as well as some evening sessions. Trainers are knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. They also offer yoga, Zumba, and run only classes. After running with them for just a few months I was able to place in a trail race. Can't say enough about how great this program is.

I have been attending Rough Fit classes for 10 years. All the trainers are certified and are extremely knowledgeable about safe and effective exercise. If you have a particular injury or other issue they can always advise a modification to the routine. They meet in the park [and they actually have the city's permission to do so unlike other shady fitness classes] and it's great to work out in the fresh air.

Each class is different and it's never boring. Sometimes the focus is endurance, sometimes strength - other classes focus on agility and balance. The group setting means

The BEST outdoor fitness group!!
I have been a part of Rough-Fit for a few years and you can't get more devoted trainers than the one at RF!! They genuinely care about your health and fitness and give you the tools to get it done!
Not to mention the friends for life I have made with RF....Trust me, it doesn't get better than this!!

The best thing that happened to me.

In the eyes of my daughter, I went from "the mom who makes the best cookies" to "the new healthy mom who loves exercise and eating healthy".

Greg and Jenni make 6AM as fun as possible. Workouts are always new - not the same one you did the previous day. The workouts are for people of all levels. So it does not matter if you've just hiked the Himalayas or if you're one of those people who think that dumbbells are just fancy paperweights. There's something for you in RoughFit. But whatever stage you start in, you just keep

Outdoor Fitness!

Boot camp that's actually fun and different every day! Great group of people - excellent instructors. Yoga in a park, outside on the top of a hill. Breathing in outdoor air instead of indoor air - the best!

I have been taking outdoor yoga through Rough Fit for over a year and a half now. I don't participate in the running programs, but the yoga is something that I started as a beginning in the summer of 2010 and have loved every minute of it! The classes are outdoors, which makes it a really picturesque setting. I can definitely tell that I've gained some arm strength since starting, and it's a great way to do some self-evaluation and relax during some dedicated time each week. With the start of 2012 I'm back to taking classes twice a week, and it's worth every cent. Suzanne

I've been a Rough-Fit member for nearly 6 years. It's so much more than a "bootcamp!" The trainers are talented, experienced and super energized in a fun way. They don't dress in military fatigues (thankfully) and they truly care about giving us a great workout. I highly recommend it. It's the best way to start your day. Plus you'll make incredible friends and fitness supporters.
