I read some of these reviews and I'm disgusted by the racism! I'm caucasian and have no problem with a Spanish dental professional speaking both languages. I can say first hand that the dentist and staff genuinely care about their job. They are friendly and kind and quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues. I have been going to their family practice for years. They were even there during Covid for their patients. I would suggest you be responsible and keep your appointment times as they do have a busy scheduling. A+

I brought my daughter here, although the place was very clean and "safe", staff friendly, hardly any wait time. Here is the first neg...Most dentists ve seen through the yrs have8x10 or lrgr. Certificates of Hraduation Degrees etc in Nicer Qulity frameProudly displayed.this place had a cheap frame with all 5 dentists liscences taped in a row printed on paper and cut out about index card sized. I immediately noticed one of them had an Expired liscence...I( took note.)then I was a little put off by the way they addressed my minor child about appt times instead of methena big thing was one

Don’t listen to the bad reviews! this office is so friendly and kind. The doctors actually care. They were kind enough to do tele health sessions during the COVID pandemic. They answer your questions and are not stuck up and rude like a lot of dentist you go to also they are priced very fair there not out to scam people like some reviews claim. Dr. Rios and Juan saved me a lot of pain and suffering!!! Definitely recommended A+

I'm only giving them one star because it is the lowest I can go. Made an appointment for my husband and I. They told me that we needed work that wasn't necessary. I know this because I got a second opinion. I meantioned to one of the girls at the counter about getting Dental insurance and she said not to because it takes to long. I received a call back from them about making an appointment and I said that I never called them to make one. She said that the dentist asked her to call me to make an appointment. This dentist was referred to me by 1-800-Dentist. This dentist is ripping people off by

They are amazing. Everyone from the nice people in front to the people in back with the drills 😆. I’ve had some extensive work done in a short time, root canals, fillings etc. it’s been completely painless so far and they have made huge progress in a short time. I’ll keep going back and referring people for sure!!

I'm seeing five star reviews and I thought it was for the wrong dentist. I was shuttled in there. It's like a puppy mill. A female dentist came in. She was very rude and unpleasant. She told me my bridge on the top would have to be taken off and replaced. Really? It's three years old. I'm not sure how she was able to determine all these expensive options for me in three minutes. She gave me two options for the problem I came in with. But then when I went out to the billing dpt. She told me I needed to see another doctor. Then come back to them to get a bridge for 3500

I first went to Dr. Rios out of total necessity. I hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years, and I was scared to death. All my past experiences with dentists had been horrible. I was a basket case of nerves, crying, and fearful. Dr. Rios calmed me down completely. I never had any discomfort for any of the procedures I went through, and there were many.
From the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctor, I received nothing but kindness and experienced care. My mouth is in the best shape it has ever been in, and I actually call and ask for appointments

First time was a little skeptical from the reviews on yelp,but it was a very friendly environment I enjoyed the professionalism I will definitely be back to get some work done... after two months I finished my treatment now I can smile better and be more confident about my teeth thanks to the Doctors and their Assistants for doing a good job two thumbs up I highly recommend getting some work done here.

Outstanding service, the staff are very friendly and attentive. Liz, the dental hygienist who did my cleaning today was very thorough and attention to detail, KUDOS and thank you Liz. Dr. Rios as always, her performance was outstanding as well. Very professional service is what you get when you are a patient at this clinic. Long story short. I haven't been to a dentist in years. Like 6+ years. They were clean organized. And what I liked the most was how they valued my time. I showed almost a complete hour early. They were able to take me in early because someone was a no show. They still had urgency in doing what was requested for my visit and they all delivered great customer service. It was all around good. Every step/process. From the door to the desk to the waiting area to the exam room and prep to the doctor. Everyone who played a role in the experience was great ! I already recomended 3 other people :)

I want to start with a special thanks to Sandra and Isabel for making all my appointments and changes with my appointment because I have a busy schedule and I also drive from Scripps Ranch to Oceanside to get my work done by a great Doctor Lopez. Has tech Monica was great and very helpful with a lot of knowledge. All her info she gave me with my bleaching of my teeth was great. I know alot of people say we can drive south for better prices but the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the staff is priceless. Thank you for my great smile.

Brought my daughter in after not liking the previous two dentists I had. Dr Rios was amazing! Took her time and did a great job caring for my 8 year old. Didn't wait long to be seen and staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that they speak Spanish in an area where it is needed is a huge plus. Thank you!!

The problem was with the billing staff. Oceanside is a large military community that utilizes Tricare dental, so I expect local medical providers to be familiar with Tricare's benefits and coverage.
