Miguel at Pipeworx Culver City was recommended to me by another great plumber who suggested i get yearly maintenance on my tankless water heater. So i called Miguel at Pipeworx. Miguel is professional, skilled, knowledgable! Thank you Miguel for all your help! I feel better knowing I'm taking good care of my home. Thank you so much.

I have written before with complaints that I had about Pipeworx at a time when the company was evidently having staffing problems. Miguel more than made good on my issues. He bought and inserted a whole new fireplace set up that works great. He totally made up for the problems we had, and I will surely call him again when I need a plumber.

Used these guys several times over the last couple of years and have been very happy with all the work they've done for us. Heck they did a total re-pipe on our home and it could not have gone any smoother. They have also done other work for us like installing a new water heater and replacing our kitchen sink and fixtures. The most recent thing is we hired them to do a camera inspection of our sewer line which was kinda cool to watch from the monitor.
All n all they have they've been very no-nonsense every time they've been out here to the house. Would definitely recommend.

These people are horrible at customer service. I think Miguel the manager for the most part tries to do his best but overall the service is poor. Received a tankless water heater that never worked right and still having issues. The woman booking the appointments never called me back three times to confirm an appointment. Im currently waiting for my technician to come through before 11am without a call back. Taking time off work to wait for these people and they are literally just over a mile down the street. If my water heater wasn't under their warranty I would go elsewhere. The techs they

Bathroom shower drain was clogged and slow to drain. Pipeworx was the 3rd plumber I called - first one never responded to voice message; second one only schedules visits in the morning (!). Pipeworx agreed to a two hour window on Friday afternoon. Called on Friday to reschedule to Saturday afternoon, due to emergency. Sam showed up Saturday on time, did the work to unclog the drain, and left everything in great shape. Drain now works perfectly. I would definitely call Pipeworx gain.

Pipeworx has done exceptional plumbing work on our house at least 4 or 5 times. They've repiped our home and came out for maintenance on our drains. They've installed a tankless water heater also. Our house is old, so coming here can't be fun, or easy, yet I have never had a single solitary issue with their work. They get it done, and get it done fast (a good thing, imo). They've given us fair, competitive quotes and have provided reliable service to get things up & running over the past 5-6 years. They know what they're doing & have never let us down! Give this

We own a triplex and had a main sewer line that broke. We live on a hill and the pipe slopes through the front garden to the street. The break was near the front retaining wall. I had 3 companies give estimates, one of which included tearing out the retaining wall, rod-iron fence and front yard with a backhoe (not a good option, at all).
Out of the 3 companies Pipeworx, had the best solution with least amount of trauma to the front yard. We felt like they had the best solution, were confident in the repair and were fair with the price. There was minimal interruption of plumbing use during

Towards the end of October of 2013 we took ownership of a Victorian-craftsman from 1905. it was really rough, and our budget to work it were small.
We were in northern California and needed to find a plumber as well as other to go through and ready the house for my family to move in.
Using a review on HomeAdvisor.com and here on yelp, I called these guys and arranged from them to meet us shorlty after we get the house.
turns out the first day when they were supposed to start a water main had burst. We thought it was wonderful timing that the plumber who was going to help us get working bathrooms

Someone from Pipeworx saw my review and left a message for me two days after the appointment. He apologized for the "miscommunication," claimed he never got my messages, and offered me 50% off my next snaking service. I appreciate the gesture, but it doesn't make up for a wasted Saturday morning. And the failure to take responsibility for a wonky voice mail system isn't a terribly appealing feature in a business like this.

We had a plumbing problem in our office bathroom this morning and I was tasked with finding a plumber. I found them online and called and got a good quote. They sent a plumber within about an hour and a half. The service was great and the price was fair. I'd call them again.

Talk about PLUMBERS CRACK...

Ok, so here's the deal.

Apparently roots can eat through pipes. Who's to know. Did you know? i certainly didn't. How can a root eat through a pipe you ask?

Well these guys told me back in the days pipes were made of clay. What? Clay? What do you mean i asked. The only clay i ever worked with was back in the day i had a guy who was somewhat of an artist and well, remember that scene in "ghost".. Yeah well, i am sure you get the drift...

So the roots of my yard tree were eating right through the pipe..
They relined the pipe. I never even
