My wife, Diana, and I were extremely satisfied with the service provided to us by Greg Simpson. He did his very best to free up a blocked frozen pipe from our sump pump. Greg just ran into too many turns. Thanks to Greg, we now have a system worked out to empty the sump hole and get us through to better weather. He suggested a better long tern solution to prevent this happening again. This was a one off problem, we foresee no problem in the future, we just have to get through this winter.

I called Mister Rooter on Tuesday this week in regard to a septic tank issue. I received a call back to book an appointment for a tech to come to the house very quickly. I received updates about the technician's arrival and he was there exactly when he was supposed to be. The problem was larger than first anticipated but the technicians that came to the house were, pleasant, friendly and incredibly professional. They explained everything they were going to do and contacted me if there were any problems or if something in the original plan had changed. I can't say enough good things about Mister

Our kitchen sink backed up and one of our sinks was leaking. We booked service, and on the day dispatch called us to try to reschedule. This was disappointing- but they recovered nicely and found us a technician -Paul. He was fantastic and very helpful at resolving the problem in the kitchen and set us up for success in the future with tips on how to maintain the pipes. Also we have 3 dogs, and they are particular about people coming into our home and he was very good with them. Because of Paul we will be using the service again.

We had roots growing in the sewer line which were partially blocking it. We contacted Mr. Rooter to get an estimate for the repair. Curtis took the time to clearly explain the different options with their pros and cons as well as the risks associated with each. We decided to have a liner installed in the sewer line. The liner installation went quite well despite its length (more than 40 feet). Mr. Rooter team members (Curtis, Paul, Grant, Connor, Peter) were all highly professional taking time to explain the work to be done and always trying to find the best solution. They left our house and yard
