We had them come out to look at a carpet repair after our dog pulled up a corner of the carpet & destroyed the padding underneath. They immediately asked for pictures when we initially contacted them and gave us an estimate. They came out within a couple of days and did an absolutely fantastic job! Our dog didn’t maul the actual carpet too bad, so the repair was pretty quick. Super great service if you’re in an apartment or need repairs without wanting to replace the carpet in the whole room for a smaller hole or re-stretching. I would definitely recommend going to this family owned business

They have done an awesome job with steam cleaning my carpets in the past and they repaired my carpet where my dogs had torn it up. The repaired spots look like nothing ever happened, and has held up beautifully 2 years later. I just had them come out and repair another spot since we're getting ready to move, and it looks great. John was on time, very professional and works quickly. Will definitely be sticking with this company.

They are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all when you complain. The manager (or possibly the owner) threatened us multiple times that he would contact our landlord/ housing management about some made up stuff to get try and get us into trouble as retaliation for putting a negative review.

Amazing work!!! We had Chris and let me tell you that he was the most professional and friendly individual! You can tell he has a passion for making customers happy. He took his time and made sure that I was happy with each room. I was amazed at how dirty my carpets were. I should have done a before and after. I have two huge dogs and they shed a lot. I didn't realize the amount of hair that was built up in the carpets. It was almost gut wrenching to see. Though my carpets didn't look terrible he came in and showed me what they needed and should look like! I would recommend this company if you

I have a great experience with Lone Star Carpet Care. My technician was Chris; he was really professional and informative. He recommended the best treatment for our carpet. Overall he did an AMAZING job on our carpet. I highly recommend Lone Star Lone Star Carpet Care and Chris. I’ll be definitely using them in the future.
