Other than the location I cannot recommend this company. My wedding was 11/27/21 and the only thing that was correct in what we paid for and requested was the actual location and the weather. The staff was not helpful with setting up decorations on the tables. The staff was not professionally dressed at all. They looked like they were hired off the street or wearing sweats and/or pajamas. The coordinator Leslie was completely unprofessional, talking to my guests about her "dead husband" and not liking her job and wanting to hopefully meet someone at one of the events she oversees. If you want to catch covid this is the place. 1 sanitizer for a room of 50+ guest , self serve fruit(buffet style), self serve your food if you want seconds (buffet style) , and overall just lacking any coordination from the coordinator. Also the bride and groom are not suppose to worry about anything on their special day it's suppose to be handled by the coordinator. Overall felt like we were just borrowing the venue vs being hosted at the venue.

Don’t book this venue unless it is your very last possible available option in the entire state of Nevada. When we decided on a destination wedding in Las Vegas, we didn’t want anything hosted by an Elvis impersonator or any of the other cliches. We wanted something beautiful and quaint while not being too far from the strip. Lakeside Weddings and Events checked every single one of those boxes. Our date was available and everything felt so perfect, we couldn’t send our deposit over fast enough. When I say we were thrilled to have booked this venue, we couldn’t have gushed enough over it

We recently got married at Lakeside Wedding and Events. Lucas and Marbelit were really helpful and seem to genuinely care about our experience. We were also one of those couples that had to postpone our wedding a couple times due to COVID and they made us feel really comfortable through all the uncertainty. The experience was positive overall, but I wanted to note a few specifics to help out other folks who may chose this venue.
This place is a good option overall for the price point, but enough little mistakes happened to where I recommend having an outside wedding planner/coordinator to be present

Lakeside Weddings and Events is a truly beautiful venue, pictures don't begin to do it justice! My husband and I are very happy with everyone who helped along the way, especially Angelina and Bobbi. They made the process of wedding planning so easy. When we had a question or needed to make a change they were on top of it, even made adjustments to accommodate a guest with severe food allergies. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful venue in Las Vegas without going to the strip!

We are so very happy we chose to have our wedding here! It was absolutely beautiful, and everything we could’ve imagined! Everyone we worked with was very friendly, professional, and kind. Loved the ladies at the salon, and she did an amazing job on our hair! Our wedding coordinator was very nice, and responded very quickly. She made the day run very smoothly, and stress free for the couple! Dinner was delicious, and so was the cake! The photographer was great! Very friendly, and easy to work with. If you’re questioning getting the photo booth, just do it! So much fun and so worth it. Overall

I would NOT RECOMMEND this venue to anyone. I'd advise you to please look elsewhere. Staff doesn't seem like they want much to do with their job. Lesly was so unprofessional. She was super snappy, she played the wrong songs, and she wanted to shut down a live band ( a Banda) we had booked to play at the wedding. Apparently "that type of music is too loud" and it was "disrespectful of them to be performing while the guest were eating" when ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE MUSIC. She was rolling her eyes. And acting like she was 5 years old. Throwing tantrums

We recently got married here, and it was perfect! The gardens are all beautiful, the photographer was great, the officiant was entertaining and professional, and Angelina (the planner) made sure everything was perfect for us. She was always able to answer any of my questions, and made sure everything was perfect. Seriously, she made planning our perfect wedding look easy! When we came in she was very kind and welcoming, made sure everyone knew where to go, and somehow also had an easy-going attitude that calmed our wedding nerves and excitement. My husband and I got married here on 10/10/20. I would not recommend it to anyone. I'd advise people to STAY AWAY and look for venues elsewhere.
The day before our wedding at the rehearsal, our coordinator that was assigned to us, Denise, told us that the venue had an electrical fire and unfortunately this means that guests would have to enter through the office building instead of the beautiful garden entrance to get into the Heritage Garden area where we were going to be married. I understood the fire was beyond anyone's control. What I don't understand is not giving us a heads

We got married here over the Valentine's day weekend and the first thing I can say is this little venue is a hidden gem! I did not know walking up there that there was so much more to it and our guests said the same thing! Our coordinator's Angelina and Denise were wonderful! They were very attentive, patient, and informative throughout the process and definitely put any last minute worries I had to rest even through some of the hiccups. My guests had a great time and the venue is beautiful!
The day of, the staff were great. The dj and my day of coordinator communicated with us all night and made sure we had a great time.
Getting married during covid with all the restrictions was definitely sucky and I'm bummed we had to shrink our guest list- this is not the venues fault.
I was a little disappointed at how optimistic my coordinator was leading up to my event because I would of rather had a realist than someone telling me not to stress and I can have my plan as usual, especially

First off, we had a large guest list (200 guests) and also had a certain budget in mind. Lucas was able to work with our budget and even helped us cut the costs on some of the items that meant a lot to us. As such, we booked the venue more than a year before our wedding date, which gave us a lot of time to plan (we had a lot of guests coming from out of town/out-of-country). I was worried that our guest list was too big, but they are able to accommodate up to 225 guests

Driving up to a strip mall you don't expect what is behind. Ceremony area is very pretty with a lake view and a beautiful canooy of flowers and greenery to give shade to keep guests and wedding party comfortable. Stair stepped seating allows for a good view of the bride and groom whether you are in the 1st row or last. Indoor reception area was roomy, good food. Would definitely recommend this place

This place was incredible! The lake behind the venue is beautiful, and added background atmosphere. We were in a party room , then it opened to seats right on the lake for the ceremony.
Any barrier is covered in real or plastic plants, adding an old English, to a pirate feel.
Inside the tables were gorgeous. They really made it look beachy and magical.
I have to make a point of saying our bartender was EXCELLENT! Even remembering the four year old ringbarers love of cherries. My son says she was hot, too.
Driveway safe and lots of space. Great for kids, adults, groups.

I got married here in April and it was the most wonderful time. The staff where friendly and knowledgeable. They always got back to me in a timely fashion. Even when I decided last minute to get a photographer, they where able to accommodate my request. I got my hair and makeup done right at the venue, and you get your own brides room to change into, with complimentary wine and cheese!
The moment I stepped out with my dad, it was absolutely fabulous. From the music to the gorgeous view. Honestly, cannot say anything bad, my experience was flawless!

I got married here on 2/22/19 and I am sooo happy my husband and I chose this place after looking at so many places on and off the strip. I got so much feedback from all my guests how fun they had at my wedding and I give so much credit to the venue, the dj, the coordinators, and the location!
-Lucas gave us the tour and worked with me and my husband on answering all our questions, going over all the charges, and what to expect. He is such a down to earth dude and easy to talk to. He helped us up to a few weeks before the wedding. We had to coordinate mostly over email since i am in San Diego

We had an AMAZING wedding on May 5th thanks to the Lakeside Weddings team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. The food was DELICIOUS, all of our guests are still debating which was better: the fillet mignon or the stuffed chicken breast. Our planner Angelina was very responsive and always greeted us kindly. The manager Raquel is great, she personally took care of us to guarantee every detail was perfect. I also want to thank Lucas for organizing the party at site. Highly recommend this great team!
