I was hosting a baby shower for my sister in law and found a photo of a cake I liked. Sent it to Pastery Palace and they made me a beautiful cake. The cake was moist and delicious. The design was beautifully executed. I’ve been buying cakes from them for years now and don’t even look elsewhere. Strongly recommend this place if you want a well designed yummy treat.

Would avoid this place. Terrible customer service. Ordered crepes and it took forever. Staff member tried to blame my wife for a small fire incident that she caused but tried to blame the customer for not saying something about it. Honestly- my wife thought it was part of preparing the s'mores crepes.
First time there and will not come back.

Kaprice at Pastry Palace was a terrific representative for the bakery--warm, professional and friendly. She helped me select a cake flavor and style for a friend's birthday, had the cake prepared, decorated and delivered, all within a few hours. The recipient was thrilled and said that the cake was absolutely delicious.
Kaprice was even kind enough to send me a photo of the beautiful cake and texted me when it was delivered.
My only recommendation to the bakery is that you include a gift message option.

The cake looked awesome and my requests were followed which I really appreciate. The delivery also didn’t take long. However, everyone told me the cake wasn’t good at all and that’s it’s dry. Good thing somebody bought another cake from another store, it was the cake the guests feasted on. The cake looked good on the photos though!

This is an update from a previous post. I can't speak enough positive things of this shop. Hard working small businesses a true definition of going above and beyond to make their clients happy. I don’t see how they have so many positive reviews. They clearly are paid posts based on my experience. Pastry palace was tasked with simply making a cake with floral icing off a provided picture. They said it was no problem. But after seeing the finished product there was a problem. At that point all I was given was excuses, lack of accountability and disrespect when they thought any less than what was ordered would be accepted. By doing. A makeshift alteration and stuffing it in a cake box without approval or acceptance. Clearly they are in the habit of B.S’n their customers. Beware.. their

Very poor customer service. I can't believe that a place like that people aren't trained to have the basic standards of answering customer's questions and presenting the options. So go somewhere else and do your business with another bakery, at the end of the day it is about a eell made cake and anyone can give you that with a great customer service for your special day.

On the search for a specific birthday cake in Vegas for my boyfriends birthday I came across Pastry Palace! My boyfriend wanted a vanilla cake with fresh bananas and strawberries and Pastry Palace surpassed my expectations!
I emailed them a month before my travel date to fill them in on the details of the cake and the process was effortless. They sorted out all the details via email and advised me to call to finish the checkout process.
Fast forward a month and it was time to pick up the cake. Pastry Palace has everything even if you need quick celebration decor! The employees were super friendly
