The roofers completed the job within one dayas the estimator indicated and responded to my questions throughout the project. The estimator carefully explained the scope of the repair and also answered questions that arose during the repair. The office staff was courteous and professional.

Aastro did a great job from beginning to end. They came right away to provide me a quote and worked diligently to get all the paperwork ready to start the install. They completed the roof in a couple of days and came back to finish a couple of things that needed attention. Overall a great experience and I will recommend them to friends and family.

I am very satisfied with the repair work done on my roof. Some clarification was needed and the company took the time and appropriate steps to clarify everything to my satisfaction and the work was done as expected. The staff are very helpful and courteous which made the experience a pleasant one. Once payment was made I received my one year Warranty certificate so their work is backed up.

My wife & I recently purchased a home in Parkland. Our home insurer suggested looking into a sealed roof deck for added protection and a discounted premium.
Rogelio from Aastro Roofing came promptly if not early and assessed our roof. His honest assessment was that with our particular tiles the roof deck was not necessary and that our roof was in excellent condition. He photographed very minor issues and in good faith and no cost addressed them. This kind of work ethic and honesty is gold. Obviously when the time comes I will be using Aastro Roofing.

They were very prompt and courteous. And they showed up on time and did the work it seems very well. The crew they sent was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I meant complaint is after the work is completed they sent an invoice that states that they want to charge you 4% to pay with a credit card. At no time was that discussed or posted. They can't be considered completely above board when they pull the stupid little games like that. The work was good the business and is Soso.

Aastro Roofing did an great job on my flat roof. Darren their Rep. let me know before that once they start I could need a whole new roof. So that was a lot of Trust! I moved forward basically because Darren seemed like a good honest guy. He definitely is and I was lucky and did not need a whole new roof. Everyone from Nicole in the office and the crew were real great.

Jason and the team here are amazing! I requested a quote a while ago, they beat everyone else price wise and blew everyone out the water service wise. Jason couldn't have been any nicer when we came by to check on everything. Someone from the office called a week later to check on everything again after the owner did...now that is service.
I had a different issue (broken roof tiles) and my homeowner's insurance made a huge deal about it. They demanded I get it fixed and paid by a license contractor, so I called Aastro Roofing again. It was a tiny job and they gladly came out and instead

I had four crack tile on top of the roof.My insurance agent told me that those tiles had to be repair in other for me to get insurance ,on my property.So before ,I contact Aastro Roofing I contact Jimmy Roofing company and they told me it was 8 crack tile .And remember I already know it only 4 crack tiles .Jimmy roofing told me it would cost me 350$ to fix the tiles.That is when I contact Aastro Roofing Company and they send me a guy name Bob ,I never told him how many tile that was crack,he went on top of the roofing and when he finally came down he told me that it was 4 crack tiles and he repair
