I know those two careers are far apart, but life can take you to strange places. I intended on being a commercial roofing consultant to avoid the headache caused by many employees and heavy equipment.

Jan. 2021 Preventative Maintenance Services did an excellent job of repairing the water damage done to the underlayment and stucco on my home chimney. I contracted Preventive Maintenance to remove old cedar siding and river rock from my home and to stucco those areas. I was very pleased with the work, which really updated the look of my home. Working with Kris and Sherry was very easy. I made some last minute changes and they adapted like the professionals that they are. The on-site foreman, Brian, was terrific. I will be using Preventive Maintenance in the future.

I had some major work done by this company. We added a bedroom and bathroom to our home. Rather than selling and moving into a 4 bedroom we just added and are very very happy. Kris came out and give us a ball park budget and then he got the plans from the engineer and permits . Project went very well i will hire again if i need more work. Super crew...
