No vehicle can take up more than one parking space at any time. Vehicles cannot be parked on the grass, reserved areas, fire lanes, or in the drives. The vehicle must be operative and in good condition. Vehicle repairs are prohibited in the parking areas and drives within the community. The vehicle must display a current license plate tag.

Renters and future renters beware, Ridge 45 is the most poorly operated apartments in Traverse City. The management is very shady on many things. The apartments are very cheaply built with thin walls you can here everything from your neighbors and you pay top dollar.
This is not a made up story as you can read the many other reviews about ridge 45 and shady management they typically will make up what ever they feel they can do regardless of what they agreed too in the lease . Their Facebook page is intentionally monitored and screened to only post good reviews to make the place seem like it is

Shady, unreliable, and poorly managed. Within a year of living here we are already moving out with the end of our lease. There are many issues that we have experienced within just this year, from the inability to use the wifi to the complete lack of communication from staff.
My son was home when maintenance allowed themselves into our apartment and provided no indication they were there. Updated Review June 2021 - Reduced my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Ridge 45's apartments are poorly and cheaply built, and they certainly have embraced the phrase, "quantity over quality". I've had my A/C go out twice, the door handle and deadbolt on my door become loose and almost fall off, a massive leak that caused water to come out of my master bathroom ceiling that took weeks to fix, among several other things. The walls are paper thin, and if there are people standing outside having a normal conversation you can hear every word crystal clear. I can even hear my next door neighbor snoring

Woken up every single morning by maintenance using loud machinery before 9am.... knowing the walls at this place are extremely thin you'd think they'd wait until at least 10am to start their obnoxiously loud work. It literally sounds like they are doing the work in my room. That's how cheap the walls are.

We lived in Ridge45 for a little over a year in 2017-2018, and absolutely loved our experience. The apartment was very modern, had nice appliances, and the front office was very friendly. We had a garage which was extremely convenient, but never had any issues parking our other car. Our move out process was seamless and we received a full refund of our deposit in a timely fashion. We absolutely loved our time there and only moved when we needed to relocate to Virginia!

I could not have asked for a better experience when moving from a homeowner to an apartment. The buildings are beautiful, inside and out. Appliances, counters, fixtures, etc. are all top-shelf. The office and maintenance staff have been super-friendly and efficient any time I had questions or concerns, which were few. The pool area and beautiful grounds have been my favorite - there is a lot of space, it's kept clean, has beautiful flowers, nice outdoor furniture. The grounds are well-lit at night for safe dog-walking. The dog park has lots of space and toys for furry friends to enjoy too. The

I've been living here for almost a year with my fiance and we've loved it! The community is friendly and well maintained with a lot of amenities. The dog park is great and the pool/hot tub/club house/gym are all well maintained and very clean too!
The apartments comes at a premium here but in our opinion it's definitely worth it.
Regarding the heating and bad insulation that has been mentioned in bad reviews... we have an 1100sq/ft apt and keep it at almost 70 during the winter. Our highest bill has been $185.00. During the spring/summer our Bill's will go down as low as $60.00. The heating here
