Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. JUST moved in, but so far so good! You can't hear your neighbors at all from inside your apartment, but can in the hallways- which is a non-issue in my mind. Everyone is friendly but gives you your space. Quick replies from staff members with any inquiries or issues. Love having a washer and dryer in our unit. Very convenient. The units are beautiful - you really get a lot of bang for your buck here.

My wife and I moved into Emerald Creek Apartments at the end of April. I have read many reviews on this place some bad, some good, however, I will say that we have enjoyed living here, and have just renewed our lease. as with any apartment, you will have minor issues, that are beyond the control of the staff that manages the complex. I will say, that any time we have had any issues that needed to be taken care of the staff have been quick to take care of our problems. As for the Maintenance crew, We have always been taken care of by them. If you are looking for a comfortable community to live in

I loved living here. The schools are good and the office staff is great at getting things fixed. The apartments are the quietest I have ever lived in, you dont realize it until you live some where else. The prices are very reasonable and amenities are great. Controlled access, bbq and picnic areas, the nearby hicking trails are convenient and great for exercise. Staff is great and the grounds are well kept.
