Horrible agent..very unprofessional and rude.
First the agent let someone into our rented condo in Oceans Edge to fix the a.c. The didnt notify us. Our things were all around the condo. The workers locked us out using deadbolt lock. We contacted Theresa and she promised compensation and dinner...lol. we ended up with their commission reimbursed after much hassle and trickery.
When we told them we had no ac for the whole week when it was 90 degrees that week she basically said " too bad". It was a terrible experience.
I used vrbo and craigslist n the past. Suggest you stay away

This year was my first experience renting from Leighton Realty. I was VERY pleased with their service and would rent again from them in a heartbeat.
BEFORE THE TRIP: I had emailed Leighton Realty a few times with questions that came to mind before we went to the Cape. Each email was responded to immediately with answers.
