There are only two real restaurant realtors in New Jersey and JC Kapas is one of them. With Bill Kapas at the realm, he propelled his company over years to a level where not many can be. I have Know Bill through the years and purchased the Bridgewater Manor through his company. As professional as you can get. Even now he is a great referral for trends and contacts. I would recommend doing business with this guy and his company.
