Pam Moorhead is one of the best trainers you could ever find! She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of health and fitness and generously shares from her wealth of experience. Her workouts are creative and fun so I don’t get bored. She is so encouraging and will truly come alongside you regardless of your fitness level, inspiring and challenging you without judgement or any harsh pressure. I am truly blessed to have found the treasure of Health and Soul Fitness!

Pam is top notch. She motivates you and keeps the workouts different every time. She's very encouraging in addition on email and Facebook posts. We often have individual and team challenges to help drive us to achieve even more success. You're not just a number with Pam, she gets to know you to encourage you and ensure you get to Camp as often as possible. There's a real sense of community with this group.

Health and Soul Fitness is a game changer. The coaches keep the workouts fresh and fun. There is so much encouragement that goes on at camp, not just from the coaches but from the other campers as well.

I have been working out at Health & Soul Fitness for 2 years. There are many things to love about Pam's boot camp. It has made stronger, which has improved my running and kept me injury-free. Pam has educated me on eating right and how to pay attention to my body composition numbers. I have lost fat pounds and gained muscle and water. There's never a dull moment with other campers who are fun to be around, genuinely care about each other, and Pam keeps the workouts varied and fresh. Birthdays are celebrated with workouts of choice and healthy treats that Pam makes. All fitness levels are welcome

I am going on my 5th year of working out with Pam! I have never stuck with the same fitness routine for nearly this long. After suffering an injury from running, I was encouraged to find another fitness alternative. I started working out with Pam to build up other muscle groups, and It has made such a difference. I love how Pam challenges us and encourages us to understand the benefits of working out for our health and soul. I greatly enjoy the balance Pam brings to my life.

Health and Soul fitness has become the best part of my week. Before I started boot camp, I was committed to working out (about 4 times a week) and thought I was pretty fit (even doing some triathlons). Well, after my wife convinced me to go to boot camp with her, I realized I had gotten into a workout rut and boot camp was just the thing to get me out of it. I love that the workouts are different every day.
