I grew up in Lake Charles, La. and moved to the Houston area in 1984. I'm a Professional Real Estate Inspector with over 18 years experience in the Inspection, Design and Construction of both residential and commercial property. I'm also a Real Estate Investor for the past 9 years and have purchased, rehabbed and sold many properties.

I was referred to Rod through my realtor and I couldn't be happier! He was at the house I made an offer to on time and was very thorough with his inspection. He was also able to accommodate an appointment quickly as we had a short option period. He was super sweet and answered all my questions. Rod came out to do an inspection on the home my wife and I are planning on buying. He was very professional, timely, and well mannered. Rod was amazing!! As first time homebuyers, it was so important we had someone who was thorough and could explain things to us. He did a great job at pointing everything out to us. Rod is extremely detailed-oriented, knowledgeable and did not miss a single thing! I was told most inspections for size of our house would take an hour and he spent hours capturing everything. His report he gave us was extensive and very informative. He looks at your home as if he is buying it himself. Would highly recommend him!

Rod is great, his inspections are very thorough. He has a very well developed eye for details. I would strongly recommend having your home inspections performed by Rod, he is the only person I will refer family or friends to. Any questions I’ve had were answered in details I could easily understand. If I were to grade Rod on a scale of 0-100 he’d be rated 100,000. Money well spent.
