I am grateful that I was able to work with Ross, and this impressive team at EWM realty. I was amazed how organized and efficient the whole process was. I followed their guidance at every step of both the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. I was able to sell my home above asking price, and purchased the new home at a negotiated price below what I was expecting to pay, below the asking price. Incredible experience. Fernando was really clear from the beginning giving us guidance in the process and settling expectations correctly. Incredible value with the partners network (lenders, title, insurance, etc). Although I have a really new credit history we did it finally! Process was around one month and we moved to our new house a couple of weeks ago! Great team and great committment.
