Walerko provides fail-safe quality for extremely difficult and tight tolerance piece parts, prototypes, fixtures and tooling. Our inspection capabilities include (2) CMM's, a Faro Ion Laser, and a Faro Arm. We offer stand alone subcontract First Article Inspection and will come to your site for Ion Laser and Faro Arm inspection.

The year 2012, witnessed growth to our facilities, and precision machining and inspection capabilities. We added an 8,000 square foot large part machining bay to our main building, including a semi-truck dock, and a 15-ton bridge crane for handling large parts. To meet our customer's needs for large part and fixture inspection we purchased a Faro Laser Tracker Ion.
At Walerko Tool and Engineering, attention to quality comes first-and last, and has been the foundation for our continued growth, since 1952. Walerko Tool and Engineering has two facilities totaling 48,000 sq. We have added Caterpillars MQ10006 certification and AS9100 to our quality control achievements.
