It’s a bit frustrating to make an appointment online and then arrive to the office and be told they are no longer accepting new patients. Although I completely understand, someone should have at least called to let me know so I didn’t waste my time driving to the office this morning. Tip: If you’re not accepting new patients, I would recommend posting on your website to avoid confusion and frustration.

When I made the appointment, I was put on hold for 10 minutes before they were able to help me make an appointment. When they confirmed the appointment, they did not send any confirmation nor verify the address for the appointment. When I got to the appointment, I waited 20 minutes in the lobby. They then had me strip and change and I sat in the room and waited an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes. There was no apology. I waited over an hour for a check up that lasted 10 minutes. Their employees and doctors are rude. Never coming back.

Went in for a follow up of my NIPT resulte. Arrived roughly 10-15 minutes before my 11am appointment, was not called back until after 11:45. Placed in my room && waited another 25-30 minutes for a provider to come in. She was in the room maybe less than 15 minutes tops. Did not touch base on my results. Expressed a serious concern she seemed to almost shrug off. So all in all was there for 1.5 hours to be seen for 15 minutes. Got home from said appointment and was called to be notified they failed to do bloodwork for certain tests.. NOT ONE, BUT TWO APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW. both of which I had blood

I waited a vey long time in the room to be seen. Once there I could tell she was rushed. I also haven’t heard back yet on my bloodwork. I’ve left two portal messages and called to speak to someone about my results. I was told the doctor hasn’t signed off on them yet. Compared to my last visit in 2019 it just doesn’t seem as personable.

I tried scheduling an appointment today 7/20/21 at 9am due to pain in my lower abdomen. I was told they have no immediate appointment no matter what your problem is. First available is Tuesday of next week which is 7days away...smh. That's horrible. I have to find a Gyn that's more equipped to handle immediate situations. I should not have to go to the emergency room for this..smh

This was quite possibly the worst care I could have ever imagined receiving. Also the worst staffing/billing department etc. My doctor was extremely insensitive to any of my concerns and told me just go do bedrest. I expressed concern as my job is my healthcare and was told bluntly "Well what matters more your baby or your job?" Had an experience bleeding bright red blood and called the emergency line to be told "Don't even bother going in unless you're pretty much hemorrhaging." When I did miscarry, my doctor stared at me awkwardly while I sobbed and tried to go straight into talking about removal

There is always a wait, the staff doesn’t know how to wear masks properly, and when I showed up for my appointment I was surprised with a copay of almost $200. Normally drs offices call with this information so I asked why no one reached out. I was told they were short staffed so I let it go. 5 minutes later I look up and all three receptionists are watching videos on their phones. It’s now 30 min past my appointment and I’m still waiting. This is not how I wanted to start my pregnancy journey and I will not be staying here. Save your time!

I had my very first visit with this practice after being with another small practice that turned into something bigger. I like the small feeling where you know your doctors and they know you. The staff were all very pleasant, and the diversity between them was refreshing as well. The office itself is beautiful, it’s very welcoming and appealing to the ladies, I loved the look of it. I didn’t have to wait long, they were pretty quick. When the doctor came in she was very nice, helpful and I felt like she was listening to what I wanted versus forcing her own opinions on me. I was new to Signature Women's Healthcare. The office location was easy to find and had adequate parking. The staff was professional and timely. The online pre-registration was thorough and made my in-person visit easy. I felt that the doctor gave me her time and attention during the appointment and we discussed all of my concerns. I will definitely continue to come here.
