Tyler does dreadlocks and is absolutely fantastic!! He is always a good conversationalist while keeping it very professional. Tyler did my entire head of dreads (aside from the bottom row) and cut my bangs. Before even starting the services, he sat down and discussed exactly what I wanted as an end results. The salon itself is very clean and inviting!

After having had a terrible experience with lash extensions at another salon, (be careful where you go!) I was ready to give up on having mascara-free lashes. They were uncomfortable, itchy and clumpy. A friend of mine recommended I see Tami at Illusions and I am so glad I went! After one session with Tami my lashes were all fixed up! I feel beautiful and comfortable with these lashes, but most importantly, I feel confident with my new salon!! Thank you so much for restoring my lashes and making me feel beautiful! I have been going to Illusions for a few months, now- I have the lovely miss RuthAnn work her magic on my lashes. I absolutely love them! She is efficient, personable and consultative- never knew there was so much involved in choosing the right length and volume!
Ann has also started to correct the color of my eyebrows, since I had them microbladed, a while back by another professional. While the look of them was natural, the color had faded to almost a pink hue, which Ann was happy to correct. Let me just start by saying this salon is beyond unethical starting from the head owner! I went it to get extensions done and paid $367 for hair + $161 for the service to have it installed by ANNE. Let me just start by saying that I went in she gave me a consultation told me to color my hair and when I did I came back.She installed the hair and literally two days later I washed my hair and the extensions all came out!!! I had 3 strands of long hair on my sides and short hair on the back of my head. I had to go to work like this, let's not mention the main reason I did my hair was for my 25th

It's rare to be able to walk in and get a great men's haircut at a salon, but I was pleasantly surprised at Illusions. I was early for a business meeting and decided to try and stop in to get a haircut, and they fit me in right away. Ladonna was professional and helpful, giving good styling advice and recommending a great pomade/wax om American Crew that I'd never heard of before but keeps my hair in place with no stickiness or flaking. And it smells great! Very masculine, woodsy.
The price was very reasonable and it was nice to get the little neckerchief thing and lint brush so

I came to Illusions for a Brazillian Wax after I saw that they had a promotion going on for Living Socials. I called the salon to ask for more info about the service. The receptionist first put me on hold for 5 minutes, and then when I had asked to find out if they use both hard and soft wax, she had no idea. She couldn't seek to find out if they did. Her answer was flat out, "I DON'T KNOW." So I took the chance. I went to Illusions after making an appointment. It has a pleasant atmosphere so I had to give them ONE STAR for that, but I waited for 15 minutes after my appointment
