My A/C went down which is the worst thing I can even imagine. Brad rode in on his mighty white steed, diagnosed the issue, and had our unit spewing cold air upon us again in no time flat.

Heald Mechanical came to the rescue! I called first thing this morning and the owner Greg Heald personally answered the phone. I asked if he serviced in the Folsom area. Greg said that they work in the Folsom area often. I explained that the air conditioner where my son and his wife live was not working. He said that he could get out today or tomorrow! In the mean time the Landlord called Greg as well and Greg explained a few things to try to see if the Landlord could fix it. (My son and the landlord had already tried as many things they could learn about on their own to fix it with no avail

Greg & Doug Heald are terrific. Their HVAC and plumbing work is dependable and appropriate. They always do quality work at a reasonable price. Often, they come through at the worst possible time. Over Thanksgiving, we had clogged pipes that would not drain. Heald came to our rescue. And when we were out of town on vacation, our water heater blew up and leaked all over. Heald Mechanical came over and replaced the water heater before we came home! And they also cleaned up the leaked water.

Heald helped my husband and me so much when our a/c broke last summer. The company we usually use told us we needed a new a/c system which would cost several thousand dollars. Mr. Heald came out and was able to repair our unit for a reasonable amount of money. The other place complained because it was the hot weather and the man they sent didn't want to climb up on the roof.

About half a year ago, my dad requested them to come out because the air condition was on but there was no cool air coming out of the air vents. Doug came out the first time and didn't really "fix" the problem the first time; yet, my dad was charged a fee for Doug to come out and check the issue. We were told by Doug that we were "programming" the thermostat incorrectly. It was understandable that he had to charge us for coming out. I called Heald Mechanical on a Thursday and spoke with Diane. I asked that someone come out to our home and check our furnace prior to using it for the cold weather coming. I was told that someone would call me on Monday to arrange a day and time to come out. Well Tuesday arrived and no one had contacted me. I called the office and spoke with the owner, Greg. I told him what I needed and he replied that he would try to come out during the week. Well, the week went by and no one contacted me, even if to say they were to busy to make it out. Heald Mechanical and Greg Saved Us! Last night our air conditioner stopped working. And today being Day 1 of a 7 plus days forecast to be in the 100's, we were a bit worried about getting our AC repaired.
