AC was circulating air at room temperature. Heating unit not working. After several days testing, I called for help.
When Trent arrived the heating unit decided to start working when he tested it.
Trent examined the unit for problems and suggested several potential causes should the problem reoccur.

Robert Harris and his Team responded quickly, diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit's fan motor and installed a new one for us in a surprisingly very timely manner. They are very busy, but tried to get to our house asap, and resolved our issue while being friendly and courteous!

Excellent and knowledgeable. Once estimate was given, no mention of extras or maintenance agreements. I will call them for maintenance because I am sure they will do a great job at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Harris Air to anyone. I am more than satisfied with the outcome.

My AC gave up (blowing warm air) during one of the hottest stretches in CA history along with the craziest wildfire season. Temperatures were floating around 105-110 F and there was smoke/ashes everywhere. I have 3 small children and knew that I needed to get the AC fixed as soon as possible.

I called Harris Air on Tuesday, hoping to get an appointment before Monday at my daughter's home. They are having insulation blown in on Monday, and the insulation rep said possibly one of the ducts was disconnected from the vent. Robert called back within the hour after my call, and said they could come out between 12-1 on Thursday (today) which was perfect! He said the charge would be $150, very reasonable. Trent and a helper arrived right on time. They both went up into the attic, and checked the one which was fine. My daughter had asked about two additional ones in the family room. Trent

I thought I had reviewed this before but I guess not. It's my 2nd time using these guys and they are always quick to respond and professional. Trent came out between the times they said he would. He was able to confirm my diagnosis. He was done in less than an hour. Replaced the capacitor and was on his way. I emailed them last night and they responded last night but the email went to my spam inbox so I didn't catch it until the afternoon. I asked them to text me if they could still come between 3pm and 5pm and they text me within 5 minutes. I'd highly recommend using

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mother. Since she's a senior living alone so finding someone honest and with integrity to help with her home's heating & air conditioning was key. I believe we've found the best in Robert with Harris Air. He's helped three times over the last few years and allowed my Mom to continue using her nearly thirty year old system with nearly all original parts. Before we talked to Robert we were told the HVAC system was simply too old and must be replaced. Needless to say spending $10,000 for a new system was not in the budget. After

Robert Harris, the owner and operator is very knowledgable and really cares that his work is perfect! He just finished installing a whole heating and air conditioning system for me, the work is so good it's "pretty"!! System is top, price is very reasonable. Robert is my permanent HVAC man!
