I love this dentist!! I used to go here for annual cleanings then I changed jobs and I hadn't been in years (5yrs) Honestly I was unaware that my new job's insurance did have dental coverage. I had an old filling fall out and then my tooth was super sensitive so I called them up they scheduled me tentatively for like 2weeks out but asked if I wanted to be considered if there were cancellations because they understood it was very sensitive. I said yes and I think it was the next day or maybe the 2nd day I got a call that they had a cancellation so I got in, (side note: I love the clean office as

My healthy elderly mother had a dental emergency during the cov19 pandemic so I called trying to get her an appointment with Dr Wong whom I have gone to in the past..but they were not taking new patients understandably. When I asked if they could please help me with a recommendation on who might be taking new patients the receptionist responding..uh noooo in a way as if I was stupid for asking such a question! I guess compassion during a time of need is too much to ask. People lack empathy in today's world no doubt about it..
