Came in to get a tire patched. This auto repair shop ended up causing over $500 dollars in damages to my car. Broke a lug nut and cross threaded the other four. Refused to give me a receipt for the repair.

Made an appointment a week out for this location. Arrived on time and the store owner advised he couldn't get to it. He advised that he didn't realize I had a dually and it took more time to rotate tires and he just couldn't do it. I told him when I made the appointment the year, make, model, and that it was a dually. So, I went right up the road and made an appointment with Tire Mart of Chiefland for Monday. If you choose this business, good luck.
And the thing about this, he had a dually of his own sitting right outside.
I don't be back to this business.

I was able to call and just leave my car for an oil change. Didn't even have an appointment. I have always loved chiefland tire and their employees. Also husband was pleased with the price also
