About the only thing fair about this place was the tow fee.. they tried to charge $900 to replace my rear brakes .. $900!!! Before tax! When they told me the estimate they couldn't even look me in the face cuz they knew they were being ridiculous. Called around and the most expensive quote I got for the same job was $520. When I called to tell them this, they said "well if I charged less than $900 I'd be losing money" which is a complete lie.. If you have ANY other option, DO NOT GO HERE. I went here originally because all the quotes said they were family oriented and family owned and fair pricing

I am new to the area from Tallahassee and my Chevy SS engine cover was dragging. I went in and they took complete care of me. I didn't feel disrespected bc I was a woman. I wish I remember the mechanics name ..I think it was Chuck? Unsure...but all the guys were great. My Chevy has found a new doctor

Billy is such a genuine and kind person. He was willing to work with me between pay periods and personally made sure my car was working. I had issues with my car after getting it fixed he made sure to fix them and get the car running no problem. He told me that he wanted my car fixed more than I did and would figure it out and he did. I really appreciate the hard work and communication with me. If I could give a 6 star I would. Very trustworthy and will bring my car back if it has issues.

Would not choose any other repair shop in town! After bringing my car to be checked at by the dealership I purchased it at twice without being able to diagnose the issue, Billy’s had it figured out and repaired within 2 days! Even with having to order one of the parts, my car was back quickly! Everyone was friendly, professional & fantastic service
