Recently Excel's owners entered into a partnering relationship with Allied Argenta of Santa Monica, California which allows the expansion of EPM's geographic footprint and services offered to clients. At the formation of EPM the principals and owners possessed over 100 years of property and business management experience.

I currently live at one of the companies properties. I am disgusted with the level the property manager will go to harass tenants and hand out lease violations. Even if it includes false allegations. If you rent from this company be sure to save any emails sent, and any contact you have with the property manager. Even laying low and following the rules can result in you violating your lease. If your not friends with the property manager consider yourself on the outs.
