We want you to be completely satisfied with our service, so please let us know how we're doing. 15 years ago I brought m y 89 Silverado to Bilco which had rocker panels and wheel wells rusted through. They repaired them and never had any rust there at all when I sold it 6 years ago. Now my 08 Silverado has rust in the same areas as the 89.

The owner stayed a little late so we could get our car in. He didn't make us feel rushed in the least and we had fabulous conversation for over a half an hour. The quality of work remains to be seen but I have no doubts it will be as pleasing as meeting the owner was

Double check their work. then check again. if they say they welded on new sheetmetal or did specific work, make them show you by pointing it out. They dont know the diff between weldibg on a new panel or filling it with a gallon of bondo, rivets and wood screws.

Needed a new fender painted for a Harley Road Glide. Great quality work done at a fair price with a quick turn around. You really can’t ask for more. Also, Bill was great to work with and seems like an all around decent guy.

I found myself needing a significantly sized dent repaired on my passenger side door, I went to another collision center in the area, paid $200 to allow them to try to pop out the dent. They failed to do so, and caused worse damage and a lot of paint damage (prior to this there was NO paint damage). That company quoted an additional $750 before tax and labor to repair the damage. I did some research of my own and talked to some neighbors and found Bilco Auto Body. Not only was Bill upfront and honest with the damage and what the best outcome would be, he offered a reasonable price to fix the previous

Bill is a great guy. He can get the work done at half the price with great quality. The place is not trendy but Bill knows his job. This is completely family owned and everyone in the family treats customers with great respect. Bill has been around for 4 decades now and his customer focus and quality of work explains the long run.
