I took my car here because the check engine light was on and I needed an oil change. I was without a car for over a week, which is fine but no one ever called to give me an update. I had to keep calling to see what the status was. When I picked up my car, the engine light was still on. I took it back and they said they forgot to do something, so they did something and the light went off. While driving it I noticed it was still shaking and the oil light came back on. I just assumed maybe my car's oil sensor was just messed up because I had just gotten an oil change. Fast forward to a month later

I've been a customer of Rudy isle for over 6 years now and they have never stopped treating me like family. My dealership was too busy so they sent me to Ruby Isle for some warranty work. They got me in the next day for an appointment. I ended up having to leave my car for more diagnostics, they actually took the time to explain to me what they needed to do and why. Then paid for an Uber home! My repairs took about a week but they got a lot of work done and a rental car paid for by my warranty! I am very happy with Ruby Isle and will definitely be back! They are a very busy place but they did an awesome job and actually care!!

I took my car there for a warrantied air conditioning repair and to fix a headrest that won't lock in an upright position. They were supposed to assess the problem the morning that they received my vehicle, contact the warranty company, get authorization to do the repair and then call me back for permission to begin work. I had to call them, numerous times, to find out what was happening with my vehicle after they failed to meet the two to three hour window they told me was required. All I can say is I will refer John and his crew to EVERYONE!! Claims adjuster wanted them to piece out my engine… John called regularly and kept me updated on protocol. In the end it was as simple as a compete engine flush and change of oil because the previous techs (at a major Cadillac dealership) had overfilled. Thankful for Ruby Isle!!

Highly recommend this place our cars muffler fell off as we exited the freeway last week....our old junk runaround rusty 1990 Chevy cavalier . Brought it in hoping they could fix it as the sign says tire but they do do other work besides tires thankfully. Our payday wasn't for another week and we didn't have the money right then to pay for the exhaust repairs which came to over 200.00...which was a fair price by the way; the car was fixed in a day and since we needed the car for doctors appointments and such in the coming week we just asked if they would let us have the car now and pay

How refreshing is it when you come by excellent, honest service! Today I took my car to get new tires. I was saddened to find out that, as this was my first tire replacement on my "new to me" used car, that the dealership that sold it to me A) failed to mention I had special aftermarket rims and tires B) these special rims and tires needed a "key" to get them off C) never supplied me with the key!
